Where to find us?
We are located in the village of Schepdaal, about 5km outside the Brussels City Center, you can find us or write us on the following address: Valentino Chocolatier, Ninoofsesteenweg 1026, B-1703 Schepdaal, Belgium. 

Would you like to advise a problem or make a complaint?
As a manufacturer we pay the utmost attention to our chocolates and our gifts. Every gift is manually made and leaves us in a perfect condition. If in any way you are disappointed in our service or our product, then please contact us as soon as possible by email or give us a call on +32 2 567 15 94 (workdays 9-12am & 1-4pm). We will answer your questions within one working day and will do everything possible to solve your complaint within 3 working days.

Is it possible to send a damaged gift back? 
Our gifts are sent out in very strong and safe packaging. If it happens that your gift arrives damaged then please inform us within 3 days and email us a photo of the damaged gift. If the products inside the gift have been damaged, you may return the entire gift to us within two weeks and we will send you a new one. The transport costs for returning the package must be paid by you, sorry!

Could you delete me from your mailing list? 
All our mails have an 'unsubscribe' option below the mail, if you click on this option your details will be automatically deleted from our mailing list. 

Do you also offer specific corporate gifts?
